Why Supervised Visits/Exchanges:
Supervised Visitation offers high quality, low stress and low anxiety access to children and their parents to decrease at-risk position of children. It is a tool that can help families as they go through difficult and/or transitional times.
What is the Intake Process:
Upon completing a brief phone interview or after reviewing a court order, if a family is deemed appropriate for services, both parents will individually meet with staff to complete an Intake appointment.
Parents must provide the following at Intake: copy of drivers license or photo ID, recent picture of the child(ren), copy of the court order (if applicable) or referral form and $40 Intake fee.

Who Can be Referred?
- Families with children under 18 years of age.
- Parties that do not present a level of safety risk judged to be great for program staff to handle.
- Court order (preferred) or voluntary referral.
Safety Guidelines Summary Some examples include:
- No additional participants allowed (i.e parent’s friends, family, etc.) unless permitted via court order or mutual agreement of both parties. No unannounced visitors.
- Parents have staggered arrival times and have no contact with each other during these visits.
- The visiting parent will be redirected for making inappropriate comments/behaviors during visits.
Supervised Visitation and Exchange fees
Intake Fee (per parent) of $40 includes one-on-one appointment, risk assessment, follow up phone calls and administrative services (including copies/emails of program documents).
Supervised visitation fees: $50 per hour
Monitored Exchange fees for unsupervised visits: $25 per exchange
Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, check, money order or Zelle
